Documentation rots because writing it is a separate chore from doing the work. Six months in, a complex system is understood only by whoever last touched it — and increasingly, that is not a person. Pure retrieval over raw logs does not fix this: it returns fragments, not understanding.

SYSTEM NOTEUnder the hood
- Over a hundred articles across systems, tools, infrastructure, concepts and projects, recompiled hourly.
- Articles carry provenance: which raw sessions produced them, and how confident the compilation is.
- Conflicting sources are never silently resolved — the conflict is logged as an open contradiction and linted on a schedule.
- An enforced query order puts the compiled page ahead of raw search, and the immutable source ahead of both for verification.
