Two design systems, ItsMrMetaverse and Shelby OS, published as Claude Design System artifacts that every agent reads before it draws anything.
Every deck, one-pager and dashboard used to start from scratch and re-learn the brand, and each one drifted a little. Brand rules that live in a person's head do not survive delegation to an AI.

- Tokens are generated by a script that writes the contrast ratio into each usage note
Consistency stops being a review step and becomes the starting point. A design system is the brand, written down in a form an agent can read.
