Warm-worker fan-out: jobs go to already-running workers instead of paying cold-start each time.
Model-routing control plane — the routing table is revisioned state edited through a guarded store, never a hand-edited file.
Each model row carries its own reasoning level, validated against that vendor's accepted vocabulary before it can be saved.
