Publishing consistently across five platforms means five logins, five formats, five sets of rules about caption length and link handling — and no single view of what is queued or what worked. Doing that by hand caps output at whatever a human can be bothered to repeat.

• Runs from a pinned production worktree with its own deploy path, so an unrelated session's work-in-progress can never ship by accident.
• Caption appenders reserve their space before trimming — a URL is never cut in half.
• Platform-specific routing: video goes out through each platform's approved publishing app rather than a generic uploader.
• Approval policy is configurable per lane: fully automatic for established formats, human-gated for anything new.

Output stopped being limited by how much manual posting anyone felt like doing. The constraint moved back to having something worth saying.
